TreatyX Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
TreatyX currently ships to the following locations:

Note: Due to logistical constraints, we may temporarily pause shipping to certain remote international locations. We will notify customers if their destination is affected.

3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During peak seasons (November-December) or promotional periods, processing may take 3-5 business days.
Pre-order Items: Items marked as "pre-order" will ship once inventory arrives. Estimated shipping dates are provided on product pages.
Made-to-Order Items: Custom or made-to-order items (such as specific treaty region art prints) may require 5-7 business days for production before shipping.

5. Delivery Times
Delivery times begin once your order has shipped (when you receive your shipping confirmation email with tracking number), not when the order is placed.
Estimated delivery times:

These are estimates only. Weather, customs processing, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.
6. Order Tracking
All orders (except some international economy shipments) include tracking numbers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International Orders:

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country

These fees are not included in our shipping charges or product prices

TreatyX declares the full value of all shipments and cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue merchandise

8. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:

PO Boxes (unless using Canada Post services)

APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Certain countries with trade restrictions

Addresses with incomplete or incorrect information
Address Verification:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections may result in additional fees.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

Check with household members, neighbors, and secure delivery locations

Contact your local post office or carrier depot

Allow 2-3 additional business days for possible delivery delay

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Once a package is marked delivered, it is considered received.
For packages lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your items at our discretion.
10. Damaged Items
Inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged:

Take photos of the damaged item and packaging

Include your order number and photos
We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Do not discard damaged items or packaging until instructed.
11. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

We provide return labels for Canadian returns at a discounted rate

International return shipping must be arranged by the customer
